Your business workspace can receive shared animal information without gaining access to the owner’s family account. An owner shares a specific animal with you, and you see only what they chose.

Each owner shares an animal with your business: basic profile, daily care, or both. Each share has an end date. The owner who shared the animal, or any other owner in that family, can end it at any time.
- 3Your team works from what’s shared
Your team sees only the animal information an owner has shared. Medication and medical records held in a family account are never shared with a stable or farm.
